Returns made easy

We understand that sometimes things don't fit or aren't exactly what you expected — no problem.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it.

Your right of withdrawal (EU law)

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

This means:

• You can return your item for any reason
• You do not need to provide a justification

To exercise your right:

• Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Return the item within 14 days after notifying us

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• All packaging, labels, and accessories must be included
• The item must not show signs of use beyond normal inspection

Please note: If the item shows signs of use that reduce its value, we may deduct an amount from the refund, as permitted by EU law.

Return shipping

• Return shipping is paid by the customer
• You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned safely
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method

How to return an item

2. Pack the item securely
3. Include a copy of your order receipt inside the package
4. Send the package to:

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return:

• We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days
• Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original order

Shipping costs

• The original standard delivery cost will be refunded
• If you chose a more expensive delivery option, only the standard shipping cost is refunded
• We reserve the right to deduct any direct shipping costs we have incurred, where legally applicable

Special conditions for electronic goods

Electronic goods (e.g. engine control units, wiring harnesses, batteries and similar products) are particularly sensitive.

• These items must not be installed, connected, or tested in a vehicle
• If installation or use has occurred, the product is considered used
• In such cases, a partial refund or no refund may apply, depending on the condition and resale value

This is because electronic components may be affected by installation in ways that cannot be verified or reversed.

Exceptions (non-returnable items)

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, if opened
